beeplay.js is not a library on which you'll be recreating Mozart's symphonies pretty soon, but it can be used for playing back simple 8bit songs that you'd heard on those ancient NES machines.
While this might sound useless at first, the library can actually be very useful, especially for developing browser-based games, and playing simple background music on a site.
The developer can customize sound frequency, use classic music notes to write the songs, add dynamic note gain values, and control the note length.
A basic demo is included with the download package.
